  • Enter husband’s details and then click on ‘Registration of Marriage Certificate’.
  • Fill up details as required and then an application form will be displayed.
  • Fill up the form. Select appointment date. Then submit it.
  • A temporary number and an acknowledgment slip will be displayed. Take a print of acknowledging slip and application form.
